磁共振波谱成像在新生儿胆红素脑病中的应用

摘要 目的观察新生儿胆红素脑病应用磁共振波谱成像诊断的价值。方法选择2022年7月至2023年7月佳木斯大学附属第一医院胆红素脑病新生儿80例为研究对象,均接受磁共振检查以及磁共振波谱成像技术,进一步研究磁共振波谱成像技术的应用价值。结果轻度(血清总胆红素值220.5~256.5μmol/L)39例,中度(血清总胆红素值256.6~342.0μmol/L)31例,重度(血清总胆红素值342.1~427.5μmol/L)10例。不同程度胆红素脑病患儿谷氨酸及谷氨酰胺复合物/肌酸(Glx/Cr)、氮-乙酞天门冬氨酸/肌酸(NAA/Cr)、肌醇/肌酸(MI/Cr)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁共振波谱成像对于早期鉴别脑损伤疾病、为医生提供科学的依据具有十分重要的作用,推荐作为临床诊断新生儿胆红素脑病重要的辅助检测手段。 Objective:To observe the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging in neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy.Methods:From July 2022 to July 2023,80 newborn patients with bilirubin encephalopathy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University were selected as the study objects.All of them received magnetic resonance examination and magnetic resonance spectroscopy imaging technology to further study the application value of magnetic resonance spectroscopy imaging technology.Results:There were 39 cases of mild(serum total bilirubin value 220.5~256.5μmol/L),31 cases of moderate(serum total bilirubin value 256.6~342.0μmol/L)and 10 cases of severe(serum total bilirubin value 342.1~427.5μmol/L).There were significant differences in glutamate,glutamine complex/creatine(Glx/Cr),nitrophthalein aspartic acid/creatine(NAA/Cr)and inositol/creatine(MI/Cr)among children with different degrees of bilirubin encephalopathy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnetic resonance imaging plays an important role in early identification of brain injury diseases and provides scientific basis for doctors.It is recommended as an important auxiliary detection means for clinical diagnosis of neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy.
