蒲地蓝口服液联合头孢克肟治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的效果研究

Effect of Pudilan oral liquid combined with cefixime on upper respiratory tract infection in children

目的探讨蒲地蓝口服液联合头孢克肟治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年6月衡水市妇幼保健院儿科治疗的130例小儿上呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组单用头孢克肟治疗,观察组使用蒲地蓝口服液联合头孢克肟治疗。比较2组患儿临床疗效、炎症因子、免疫指标等。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(X^(2)=7.127,P=0.008);观察组咳嗽、咳痰、鼻塞流涕、咽部红肿疼痛消失时间及退热时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL-1β)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、IgG水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)、IgM、IgA低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蒲地蓝口服液联合头孢克肟治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的效果显著,能有效抑制炎症,调节免疫。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Pudilan oral liquid combined with cefixime on upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:A total of 130 children with upper respiratory tract infection treated in the Department of Pediatrics of Hengshui Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefixime alone,and the observation group was treated with Pudilan oral liquid combined with cefixime.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors and immune indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(χ^(2)=7.127,P=0.008).The disappearance time of cough,phlegm,nasal congestion,sore throat and fever in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin(IL-1β),IL-6 and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and IgG in observation group were higher than those in control group,while those of CD8^(+),IgM and IgA were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pudilan oral liquid combined with cefixime can effectively inhibit inflammation and regulate immunity in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.
