摘要
水源性病原菌对全球公共健康和环境保护造成巨大损害。灵敏、快速、准确检测水源性病原菌对保证人类生命健康和预防环境污染有重要的意义。基于微流控技术的水源性病原菌检测方法具有操作方便、检测时间短、检测灵敏度高、检测装置易于携带等优点,在水源性病原菌检测中具有广泛的应用前景。本文重点综述了纸基微流控芯片、离心微流控芯片和液滴微流控芯片在水源性病原菌检测方向的研究进展,并总结了微流控技术较传统检测技术的优势。最后,我们提出了微流控技术在水源性病原菌检测的实际应用中面临的挑战以及未来的发展方向,为进一步发展基于微流控技术的水源性病原菌的快速检测提供了参考。
Waterborne pathogens cause great damage to global public health and environmental protection.Sensitive,rapid and accurate detection of waterborne pathogens is of great significance for ensuring human life and health and preventing environmental pollution.The detection of waterborne pathogens based on microfluidic technology has the advantages of convenient operation,short detection time,high detection sensitivity,and easy to carry detection devices.It has broad application prospects in the detection of waterborne pathogens.This paper focuses on the research progress of paper based microfluidic chip and centrifugal microfluidic chip in the detection of waterborne pathogens,and summarizes the advantages of microfluidic technology over traditional detection technologies.Finally,we put forward the challenges faced by the practical application of microfluidic technology in the detection of water borne pathogens and the future development direction,providing a reference for the further development of rapid detection of water borne pathogens based on microfluidic technology.
