不同镇痛模式对腹腔镜胃癌根治术愈合的影响

The effect of different analgesic modes on the healing of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer

目的 探究不同镇痛模式对腹腔镜胃癌根治术愈合的影响。方法 本研究采用前瞻性随机临床试验,选取青岛巿胶州中心医院2018年3月至2020年12月接受腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者110例,根据术后镇痛方式分为对照组和观察组,各55例,观察组采用超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞联合镇痛泵实施镇痛管理,对照组单用镇痛泵实施镇痛管理;对比两组相关麻醉药物用量差异。结果 观察组镇痛泵按压次数、丙泊酚用量、瑞芬太尼用量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞联合镇痛泵的实施,能够让腹腔镜手术患者手的术后镇痛较单用镇痛泵具有更好的效果。

Objective:To explore the analgesic effect of ultrasound-guided vertical spinal muscle plane block combined with analgesic pump in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods:A prospective randomized clinical trial was conducted in this study.A total of 110 patients who received laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in Jiaozhou Central Hospital of Qingdao from March 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to postoperative analgesia,with 55 cases in each group.The observation group was administered with ultrasound-guided vertical spinal muscle plane block combined with analgesia pump for analgesia management.The control group was administered with analgesic pump alone.The difference in the dosage of related narcotic drugs between the two groups was compared.Results:The Times of analgesic pump,the dosage of propofol and remifentanil in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound guided vertical spinal muscle plane block combined with analgesic pump can make the postoperative analgesia of laparoscopic patients have better effect than the analgesic pump alone.
