Objective:To analyze the osteogenic effect of hydroxyapatite(HA)and β-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP)bone graft materials and the clinical effect of maxillary sinus enhanced implant repair function load. Methods:From March 2019 to March 2022,20 patients who underwent maxillary sinus lifting bone grafting at the same time of implant implantation in the Department of Stomatology,Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical University were selected as the study objects. All patients were implanted with HA and β-TCP bone materials. The postoperative implant retention rate and related complications of patients were observed, and the bone volume around the implant was observed 1 and 6 months after surgery. Results:In 20 patients(23 implants),6 months after implant implantation, imaging examination showed that the bone union between implant and alveolar bone was good, and the retention rate of implant was 100%.The height of buccal and proximal distal maxillary sinus mucosal floor in HA+β-TCP patients was significantly lower than that in HA+β-TCP patients at 6 months after the operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both HA and β-TCP have good bone guiding effect, and can be used as good bone replacement materials in maxillary sinus bottom lifting bone grafting, which can maintain the long-term stability of implants, and are worthy of popularization.
