心理信念远程教育在糖尿病足患者社区治疗和足部感染预防中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨心理信念远程教育在糖尿病足患者社区治疗和足部感染预防中的应用价值。方法将我院2020年12月至2021年12月期间98例糖尿病足患者分组。按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组49例,对照组给予传统护理模式干预,观察组在对照组基础上应用心理信念教育远程干预。比较两组患者健康素养、治疗依从性、生活质量及足部感染发生率。结果干预1个月、3个月、6个月及12个月后,观察组健康素养量表分值均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)分值均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组糖尿病生命质量特异性量表(DSQL)分值均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预12个月内,观察组足部感染发生率及发生风险均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信的心理信念远程教育应用于糖尿病足患者能显著提高患者健康素养、治疗依从性及生活质量,降低足部感染风险。 Objective:To explore the application value of psychological belief distance education in community treatment of diabetic foot patients and prevention of foot infection.Methods:98 patients with diabetic foot in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were divided into groups.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing mode intervention,while the observation group was given psychological belief education remote intervention on the basis of the control group.The health literacy,treatment compliance,quality of life and the incidence of foot infection were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months of intervention,the scores of health literacy scale and medication compliance scale(MMAS-8)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of DSQL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Within 12 months of intervention,the incidence and risk of foot infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological belief distance education based on WeChat can significantly improve the health literacy,treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with diabetic foot,and reduce the risk of foot infection.
