儿童反复呼吸道感染发病影响因素的研究进展

Research progress on influencing factors of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

反复呼吸道感染(RRTIs)在儿童群体中高发,该病病因复杂,具有病情反复、迁延不愈的特点。RRTIs的发生会对患儿身心健康、社交能力和学习生活造成影响,不仅不利于患儿成长,也会给家长和家庭带来沉重心理压力及经济负担。目前,影响儿童RRTIs发病的因素已受到临床研究的重点关注,包括病原微生物感染、宿主因素、母体因素、父母吸烟、维生素缺乏、肠道菌群紊乱等,但因相关因素仍具有不可预知性,研究并明确可能的影响因素,对于儿童RRTIs的防治具有重要意义,希望对后续防治有所帮助。

Recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTIs)is a disease with high incidence in children.The etiology of RRTIs is complicated and the disease has the characteristics of repeated attack and delayed healing.RRTIs can seriously affect the physical and mental health,social ability and learning life of children,which is not only not conducive to the growth of children,but also brings heavy psychological pressure and economic burden to their parents and families.At present,the factors that affect the incidence of RRTIs in children have received significant attention in clinical research,including pathogenic microbial infections,host factors,maternal factors,parental smoking,vitamin deficiency,and dysbiosis of gut microbiota,but the related factors are still unpredictable.Studying and clarifying these influencing factors is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of RRTIs in children,and it is hoped that it will be helpful for subsequent clinical prevention and treatment.
