延续干预措施对食管癌放疗患者自我照护水平、生活质量的影响评价

Evaluation of the effect of continuous intervention measures on self-care level and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer treated with radiotherapy

目的分析延续干预措施对食管癌放疗患者自我照护水平、躯体功能及认知功能的影响。方法选择江苏省肿瘤医院2020年4月至2021年8月收治的90例食管癌放疗患者为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组(各45例),治疗期间均进行常规护理,出院后对照组不予以任何护理干预措施,研究组予以延续干预护理措施,观察两组患者出院时以及出院30 d后的自我照护水平和生活质量变化。结果出院时,组间自我照护水平及生活质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院30d后,研究组自我照护水平四个维度(自我照护概念、责任感、知识、技能)的评分和生活质量四个维度(躯体、社会、认知、情绪功能)的评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于食管癌放疗患者,延续干预措施不仅可以有效提高其自我照护水平,并改善其生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effects of continuous intervention measures on self-care level,physical function and cognitive function of patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 90 patients with radiotherapy for esophageal cancer admitted to Jiangsu Cancer Hospital from April 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method(45 cases each).Routine nursing was given during treatment,while the control group was not given any nursing intervention after discharge,while the study group was given continued nursing intervention.The changes of self-care level and quality of life at discharge and 30 days after discharge were observed.Results:At the time of discharge,there was no significant difference in the level of self-care and quality of life between groups(P>0.05).30d after discharge,the scores of four dimensions of self-care level(self-care concept,responsibility,knowledge and skills)and four dimensions of quality of life(physical,social,cognitive and emotional function)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with esophageal cancer,continuous intervention can not only effectively improve their self-care level,but also improve their quality of life.
