手术室细节干预对于降低开放性四肢骨折手术切口感染的作用

The role of operating room detail intervention in reducing infection in surgical incisions for open limb fractures

目的探究手术室细节干预对降低开放性四肢骨折手术切口感染的效果。方法将我院88例开放性四肢骨折手术患者进行研究,抽签法分为两组,对照组实施常规干预,观察组实施手术室细节干预,对比两组的干预满意度、切口感染率、切口愈合情况、手术相关指标、睡眠情况。结果观察组的干预满意度高于对照组,切口感染率低于对照组(P<0.05);2组切口愈合率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预一周后,观察组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、日间功能低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组干预1周后睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、日间功能均低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论手术室细节干预在患者手术过程中的实施,除了可以将手术时间与住院时间等缩短,控制切口感染率,保证干预的有效性的同时,还可提高其睡眠质量与干预满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of detailed intervention in operating room on reducing incision infection in open limb fractures.Methods:88 patients with open limb fracture surgery in our hospital were studied and divided into two groups by drawing lot.The control group received routine intervention and the observation group received detailed intervention in operating room.The intervention satisfaction,incision infection rate,incision healing,operation-related indexes and sleep status of the two groups were compared.Results:The intervention satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the incision infection rate was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The difference of wound healing rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,incision healing time and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After one week of intervention,the sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency and daytime function of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of intervention,sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency and daytime function in 2 groups were lower than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of detailed intervention in the operating room can not only shorten the operation time and hospital stay,control the incision infection rate,ensure the effectiveness of intervention,but also improve the sleep quality and intervention satisfaction.
