基于区块链的分级诊疗系统设计

摘要 为实现医疗资源的合理分配,提出一种基于区块链的分级诊疗系统。首先根据分级诊疗需求,对分级诊疗系统整体框架进行搭建,并将分级诊疗系统分为网络层、数据权限层、共识层和应用层;然后基于区块链智能合约,对系统客户端和服务器端进行实现;最后,对上述构建的模块进行测试。结果表明,在保证患者数据隐私的前提下,分级诊疗系统客户端可进行患者注册授权、电子病历创建、开具处方等操作;服务器端可进行区块链授权与分级诊疗操作。由此表明,本研究构建的区块连分级诊疗系统可为大型医院提供分级诊疗服务,实现医疗资源的合理分配。 In order to realize the reasonable allocation of medical resources,a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system based on blockchain is proposed.Firstly,according to the needs of HIERARCHICAL DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT,the overall framework of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system is constructed,and the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system is divided into network layer,data authority layer,consensus layer and application layer;Then,based on the blockchain smart contract,the system client and server are implemented;Finally,the modules constructed above are tested.The test results show that on the premise of ensuring the privacy of patient data,the client of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system can perform operations such as patient registration authorization,electronic medical record creation and prescription.In addition,server side can perform operations such as blockchain authorization and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.This shows that the blockchain hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system constructed in this study can provide hierarchical diagnosis and treatment services for large hospitals AND REALIZE rational allocation of medical resources.
