车载方舱CT的发展现状与展望

CT(计算机断层成像)设备,是现代医学检查诊断的常规设备。特别是2020新型冠状病毒疫情以来,CT扫描已成为肺炎筛查的必要检查项目。由于CT设备价格昂贵,对使用环境要求严格,在远离城市的边远地区医疗场所、发生重大自然灾害、战争、有大型活动需要医疗保障或交通运输途中,很难进行必要的CT检查。车载方舱CT的出现,解决了一部分上述问题,并在2008年汶川地震时有较好的表现。但车载方舱CT对公路平整性,使用环境振动冲击都比较敏感。2020年以来,各种类型的方舱CT应运而生。一体化方舱CT部署快,但房间面积受限,转运能力差。可拆装方舱CT安装时间较长。车载方舱CT本身具有快速转运能力,如果能结合展开拆装,落地扩展等功能。再融合其他诊疗设备技术,将会大大提高移动诊疗效率。再结合我国5G通信技术,发展结合车载方舱CT的诊疗,可以有效的弥补我国医疗发展不均衡等问题。与汽车之外的其他载具的结合,也是目前研究前沿之一。

CT(computed tomography)equipment is a conventional equipment for modern medical examination and diagnosis.Especially since the COVID-19,CT scanning has become a necessary examination item for pneumonia screening.Due to the high price of CT equipment and strict requirements on the use environment,it is difficult to carry out necessary CT examination in remote medical places far away from cities,major natural disasters,wars,large scale events requiring medical insurance or transportation.The emergence of vehicle shelter CT has solved some of the above problems,and has a good performance in the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008.However,the CT of the vehicle shelter is sensitive to the smoothness of the road and the vibration and impact of the service environment.Since 2020,various types of shelter CT have emerged.Integrated shelter CT deployment is fast,but the room area is limited and the transfer capacity is poor.The installation time of removable shelter CT is long.The on-board shelter CT itself has the ability of rapid transfer.If it can be combined with the functions of disassembly,landing and expansion,etc.The integration of other diagnosis and treatment equipment and technologies will greatly improve the efficiency of mobile diagnosis and treatment.Combined with China's 5g communication technology,the development of on-board shelter CT diagnosis and treatment can effectively make up for the imbalance of medical development in China.The combination with other vehicles other than automobiles is also one of the research frontiers at present.
