摘要
本文介绍了纳米药物药代动力学的研究现状及在体动力学转运特性的概念,并重点讨论了纳米药物在活体动物靶细胞内的动态监测设备的实现方法及其进展,包括纳米药物药代动力学的研究以及通过采用光学显微镜成像技术、激光共聚焦显微成像技术、双光子显微成像技术等对药物在体内转运特性的监测,并从技术原理、技术特征等方面阐述了纳米药物在体内的动力学转运特性以及监测药物转运过程的研究设备现状和不足,突出了纳米药物在体动力学转运特性研究的重要性。
This paper introduces the research status of nanomedicine pharmacokinetics and the concept of in vivo kinetic transport properties,and focuses on the realization method and progress of the dynamic monitoring equipment of nanomedicines in target cells of living animals,including the research of pharmacokinetics of nano drugs,and the monitoring of drug transport characteristics in vivo by using optical microscope imaging technology,laser confocal microscopy imaging technology,two-photon microscopy imaging technology,etc,from the technical principles and technical characteristics,the in vivo kinetic transport characteristics of nanodrugs and the research status and deficiencies of monitoring the drug transport process were expounded,highlighting the importance of nano-drugs in vivo kinetic transport characteristics research.
