延续护理对出院脑卒中患者遵医行为及满意度的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of continuous nursing on the compliance behavior and satisfaction of discharged stroke patients

目的:对出院脑卒中患者应用延续护理的效果,以及对患者遵医行为及满意度的影响进行分析。方法:样本选取于本院神经内科接受治疗后出院的脑卒中患者共计500例,并分为参照组和试验组各250例,对前者应用常规出院指导和后者应用延续护理的效果进行对照研究。结果:就规范用药、合理饮食、规律作息、功能锻炼方面的遵医行为依从率而言,试验组均高于参照组,χ^(2)=9.035,10.254,8.568,8.997;P<0.001,有意义;就护理满意度而言,试验组患者为98%,明显高于参照组的83.2%,χ^(2)=7.584,P<0.001,有意义。结论:出院脑卒中患者应用延续护理的效果满意,可以采纳。

Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on discharged stroke patients,as well as the impact on patients’compliance behavior and satisfaction.Methods:A total of 500 stroke patients who were discharged after receiving treatment in the neurology department of our hospital were selected as samples,and they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group with 250 cases each.The effect of routine discharge guidance for the former and continuous nursing for the latter were compared..RESULTS:In terms of the compliance rate of medical compliance in terms of standardized medication,reasonable diet,regular work and rest,and functional exercise,the experimental group was higher than the reference group,χ^(2)=9.035,10.254,8.568,8.997;P<0.001,significant;In terms of nursing satisfaction,98%of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than 83.2%in the reference group,χ^(2)=7.584,P<0.001,which was significant.Conclusion:The effect of continuous nursing on discharged stroke patients is satisfactory and can be adopted.
