双闭环管理模式下消毒供应中心与手术室联合质控对器械清洗质量、损坏率及院感预防的控制研究

目的:探究双闭环管理模式下消毒供应中心与手术室联合质控对器械清洗质量、损坏率及院感预防效果。方法:以2022年7月至2022年11月手术室器械2000份进行研究,分为两组,分别是参照组、研究组,每组各1000例,参照组应用常规管理,研究组应用双闭环管理模式质控管理,对比管理效果。结果:研究组清洗合格率、包装差错率、报损率、医院感染率明显低于参照组,P<0.05,形成统计学意义。研究组管理人员器械操作、器械清洗、综合能力评分均高于参照组,差异P<0.05,形成统计学意义。结论:手术室器械管理中实施双闭环管理模式,有效降低包装差错率、报损率、感染率,提高清洗合格率,同时还可提高管理人员综合能力,管理效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of joint quality control of disinfection supply center and operating room on the cleaning quality,damage rate and hospital infection prevention of instruments under the double closed-loop management mode.Methods A total of 2000 operating room instruments from July 2022 to November 2022 were studied and divided into two groups,the reference group and the study group,with 1000 cases in each group.The reference group was applied with conventional management,and the study group was applied with double closed-loop management mode quality control management.Results The qualified rate of cleaning,packaging error rate,reported loss rate and hospital infection rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of instrument operation,instrument cleaning and comprehensive ability of managers in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusions The implementation of double closed-loop man-agement mode in operating room instrument management can effectively reduce the error rate of packaging,reported loss rate,infection rate,improve the qualified rate of cleaning,and improve the comprehensive ability of management personnel.The management effect is remarkable.
