腹部超声诊断对输尿管中下段结石的临床研究

Clinical study of abdominal ultrasound diagnosis of middle and lower ureteral calculi

目的:在输尿管中下段结石诊断工作中应用腹部超声的临床价值进行研究。方法:在因输尿管中下段结石于我院接受治疗的患者中抽取98例纳入观察对象,并分为参照组和试验组各49例,对前者应用X线诊断以及后者应用腹部超声诊断的结果进行对照研究。结果:就中段结石、下段结石的诊断符合率、诊断准确率而言,试验组分别为40.82%、53.06%、93.88%,均明显高于参照组的26.53%、34.69%、61.22%;就漏诊率、误诊率而言,试验组分别为2.04%、4.08%,均低于参照组的18.37%、20.41%,χ^(2)=11.695,12.032,10.996,10.564,10.698;P<0.001,有意义。结论:输尿管中下段结石诊断工作中应用腹部超声的临床价值显著,值得采纳。

Objective:To study the clinical value of abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of middle and lower ureteral calculi.Methods:A total of 98 patients with middle and lower ureteral calculi treated in our hospital were selected and divided into the reference group(n=49)and the experimental group(n=49).The results of X-ray diagnosis in the former group and abdominal ultrasound diagnosis in the latter group were compared.Results:In terms of the diagnostic coincidence rate and diagnostic accuracy of middle stone and lower stone,the experimental group were 40.82%,53.06%and 93.88%,respectively,which were significantly higher than the reference group(26.53%,34.69%and 61.22%).The rates of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in the experimental group were 2.04%and 4.08%,respectively,which were lower than 18.37%and 20.41%in the reference group,χ^(2)=11.695,12.032,10.996,10.564,10.698;P<0.001 was significant.Conclusion:The application of abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of middle and lower ureteral calculi has significant clinical value and is worth adopting.
