基于FPGA的超声环形探头性能检测系统初探 被引量:2

摘要 超声环形探头的性能检测可以为改善超声计算机断层成像质量提供重要的参考依据此外,环形探头老化和损伤也需要进行定期检测与维护。目前,超声探头声学性能检测主要基于现有设备进行系统搭建,集成度低,成本高,也不适用于超声环形探头。为提高集成度、降低成本,本文设计了一种基于FPGA的超声环形探头性能检测系统,可以检测超声环形探头各个阵元的性能指标,包括中心频率,带宽和回波灵敏度等参数。本文完成了性能检测的预研性实验:对一个256阵元的环形探头进行了8个阵元的手动选通检测。实验结果表明,该系统可以方便准确地进行阵元切换和检测,检测结果与探头指标吻合。 The performance testing of annular ultrasonic probe can provide an important reference for improving the imaging quality of Ultrasonic Computed Tomography(USCT).In addition,the probe also needs regular testing and maintenance due to the aging and damage.At present,the acoustic performance testing system for ultrasonic probe is mainly built with the existing equipments,which has low integration and high cost,and is not suitable for annular ultrasonic probe.In order to improve the integration and reduce the cost,this paper designs a ring probe performance testing system based on FPGA,which can detect the performance specifications of each element of the ring ultrasonic probe,including center frequency,bandwidth and echo sensitivity.The preliminary study experiment was performed:8 array elements was manually gated and tested from a 256 array ring probe.The experimental results show that the system can test the array elements effectively and accurately,and the testing results are consistent with the probe specifications.
