摘要 心电信号是人体重要生理信号之一,包含着心脏跳动与神经调节等多种重要信息,对心电信号的监测在医疗与医护上都极为普遍,为此研制一种便捷式心电监护系统,包含软件和硬件的设计与实现。其中采用ARM架构的芯片STM32F103C8T6作为硬件采集端的主控芯片,配合模数转换芯片ADS1299进行多通道数据采集,硬件小巧便捷。使用ADS1299内部集成的可编程放大器可以实现信号的增益可控,将数据采集后转换为数字信号,经过MCU的初步处理后,对数据进行打包,通过USB接口以串口协议向电脑上位机实时发送数据包。上位机软件采用Qt开发框架进行开发,具有代码效率高,跨平台等优点。Qt上位机软件对采集的心电数据进行预处理后实时显示心电波形,对心电数据进行分析处理后显示心率、HRV等心电体征信息,达到对心电信号的实时监护。该系统界面简洁明了,便于操作控制,性能稳定,实验结果验证了此系统能够稳定运行并准确显示心电信息。 ECG signal is one of the important physiological signals of human body,which contains a variety of important information such as heart beat and nerve regulation.The monitoring of ECG signal is very common in medical and health care.Therefore,a convenient ECG monitoring system is developed,including the design and implementation of software and hardware.The ARM chip stm32f103c8t6 is used as the main control chip of the hardware acquisition terminal,and ads1299 is used for multi-channel data acquisition,so the hardware is compact and convenient.Through ads1299 integrated internal programmable amplifier to achieve the controllable gain of the signal,the data is collected and converted into digital signals.After the preliminary processing of MCU,the data is packaged,and the data packets are sent to the PC in real time through the USB interface with the serial protocol.The upper computer software is developed with Qt development framework,which has the advantages of high code efficiency and cross platform.QT host computer software can display ECG waveform in real time after preprocessing the collected ECG data,and display ECG signs such as heart rate and HRV after analyzing and processing the ECG data,so as to achieve real-time monitoring of ECG signal.The experimental results show that the system can run stably and display ECG information accurately.
