摘要
目的以随机模拟法进行"二元法"混合基因型数据库比对应用效能分析。方法利用随机模拟法产生1000万个无关个体样本,从中随机选取个体分别组合成10000个两人、三人和四人样本混合基因型。分别在13,15,17,19,20,21,22,23个常染色体STR检测系统上进行"二元法"混合基因型数据库比对应用效能比较分析。结果利用随机模拟算法构建的模拟随机个体数据库接近真实无关个体数据库。在最大23个STR基因座检测体系下,二、三和四样本混合DNA分型的数据库比中个体中位数分别为2、3和68,最大值为2、100和11323;在15个STR基因座时,中位数分别为2、336和12826,最大值为136、40100和517283。结论"二元法"在混合基因型的数据库搜索应用中具有一定的实践价值。
Objective To analyze the application efficiency of a"binary"method in the database searching of mixture profiles by stochastic simulation method.Methods A stochastic simulation method was used to generate 10 million samples of unrelated individuals,from which individuals were randomly selected and combined into 10,000 mixtures of two,three,and four samples.A comprehensive analysis of the application efficiency of the"binary"method was performed on 13,15,17,19,20,21,22,and 23 autosomal STR detection systems,respectively.Results The simulated random individual database constructed by the random simulation algorithm is close to the real unrelated individual database.Under the maximum detection system of 23 STR loci,the median hits of the two,three,and four mixtures were 2,3,and 68,respectively,and the maxima were 2,100,and 11323;under the system of 15 STR loci,the median hits were 2,336 and 12826,and the maxima were 136,40100 and 517283.Conclusions The"binary"method has certain practical value in the database search application of mixture profiles.
