摘要
目的优化滇产铁皮石斛多糖的提取工艺。方法以多糖提取率为考察指标,采用水提醇沉法,在单因素试验基础上,响应面优化铁皮石斛多糖的最佳提取工艺。结果确定滇产铁皮石斛多糖的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1:40 g/mL,提取温度65℃,提取时间10.5 h,提取次数1次。结论该方法操作简便、提取迅速、在该工艺条件下多糖提取率为9.51±0.76%。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale.Methods Taking the yield of polysaccharide as indicator,using single factor test,response surface methodology(RSM)was employed to optimize the maca polysaccharides of water extracting-alcohol precipitating method.Results The best extraction process of the Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides was 1︰40 g/mL for the ratio of material to liquid,65℃for extracting temperature,10.5 h for time and 1 times for extraction.Conclusion The method is easy to operate,rapid to extract,and under the extraction conditions,the yield of polysaccharide was 9.51%±0.76%.
