精神运动康复疗法促进脑卒中患者肢体功能康复的研究进展

Research progress of psychomotor therapy in promoting limb function recovery in stroke patients

随着临床医学和急救技术的发展,我国脑卒中死亡率逐渐降低,但致残率不断上升,该疾病不仅影响患者的日常活动,也给患者带来了精神上的巨大压力。基于此本文提出了针对脑卒中患者的肢体康复训练以及精神运动康复疗法在脑卒中患者上的应用。并归纳了脑卒中现有的肢体功能康复的治疗技术、目前精神运动康复疗法的运用,为优化脑卒中患者肢体康复提供了参考和借鉴。

With the development of clinical medicine and emergency technology,the mortality rate of stroke in China has gradually decreased,but the disability rate continues to rise.This not only affects the patient’s daily activities,but also brings psychological pressure to the patient.Based on this,this article proposes limb rehabilitation training and the use of psychomotor rehabilitation for stroke patients.It summarizes the existing treatment techniques for limb functional rehabilitation and the current application of psychomotor rehabilitation,providing a reference for optimizing the rehabilitation of stroke patients.
