肉毒毒素(botulinum toxin,BT)是肉毒梭菌增殖过程中产生的一种细菌外毒素,属于神经毒素。肉毒毒素根据其抗原性的不同,分为A、B、C、D、E、F和G 7种亚型,其中A型BT已被广泛应用于临床治疗,成为局灶性痉挛及肌张力障碍等疾病的首选治疗方法。国内批准上市的A型BT分别是onabotulinumtoxinA(ONA)和BTX-A。随着ONA和BTX-A在国内的临床应用日益广泛,2者在治疗上的作用效能差异越来越受到关注。本文比较了ONA和BTX-A 2种A型BT临床疗效的差异,旨在为临床实践提供指导。

Botulinum toxin(BT)is a kind of bacterial exotoxin produced during the proliferation of Clostridium botulinum,which is classified as a neurotoxin.Based on its antigencity,BT is divided into 7 subtypes,including A,B,C,D,E,F and G.BT type A has been widely used in clinical treatment,becoming the preferred treatment for focal spasm and dystonia.BT type A has been approved for marketing in China including onabotulinumtoxin A(ONA)and BTX-A.With the increasingly widespread clinical application of ONA and BTX-A in China,the difference in therapeutic efficacy between ONA and BTX-A has attracted more and more attention.Based on this,a comparison has been conducted to assess the difference in clinical efficacy to provide guidance for clinical practice.
