针灸治疗植物神经功能紊乱的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on autonomic nerve dysfunction

目的:观察与总结针灸治疗植物神经功能紊乱的疗效。方法:以本院收治的54例植物神经功能紊乱患者作为样本,所有患者均给予谷维素、维生素B1治疗,在此基础上,联合采用针灸治疗疾病。结果:观察组治疗有效率为81.5%,与对照组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后胸闷憋气心慌(0.8±0.2)分、头痛头晕(0.3±0.1)分、视物模糊(0.5±0.1)分、失眠乏力(0.4±0.1)分、身体异常感觉(0.3±0.1)分。对照组治疗后胸闷憋气心慌(3.5±0.2)分、头痛头晕(3.6±0.1)分、视物模糊(3.4±0.2)分、失眠乏力(3.5±0.4)分、身体异常感觉(3.3±0.2)分。两组数据对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用针灸方法治疗植物神经功能紊乱,能够有效减轻胸闷憋气、头痛头晕、视物模糊等症状,提高治疗有效率。

Objective:To observe and summarize the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of autonomic nerve dysfunction.Methods:54 patients with autonomic nerve dysfunction treated in our hospital were taken as samples.All patients were treated with oryzanol and vitamin B1.On this basis,acupuncture was combined to treat the disease.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 81.5%,which was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the patients in the observation group had chest tightness,suffocation and palpitation(0.8±0.2),headache and dizziness(0.3±0.1),blurred vision(0.5±0.1),insomnia and fatigue(0.4±0.1)and abnormal physical sensation(0.3±0.1).After treatment,the control group had chest tightness,suffocation and palpitation(3.5±0.2),headache and dizziness(3.6±0.1),blurred vision(3.4±0.2),insomnia and fatigue(3.5±0.4)and abnormal physical sensation(3.3±0.2).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively reduce the symptoms of chest tightness,headache,dizziness and blurred vision,and improve the effective rate of treatment.
