摘要
梅花井煤矿深部矿山粉砂岩软岩回采巷道,受高应力作用,导致巷道变形量大,支护破坏严重,巷道维护频繁。为了有效控制巷道变形,对二水平232204工作面回采巷道进行了围岩结构、顶板监测、应力作用分析。研究表明,巷道围岩裂隙发育,自稳性差,锚杆支护强度难以承载围岩复合应力。在监测和实验的基础上,得到软岩回采巷道的变形破坏原因,通过不断支护优化,提出长短锚索协调支护方式,对围岩有较好地控制效果。
Under the effect of high stress,the siltstone soft-rock mining roadway in the deep of Meihuajing Coal Mine has undergone frequent maintenance due to large deformation and seriously damaged support.To effectively control deformation-induced damage to roadway,the mining roadway at the second horizontal mining face 232204 of Meihuajing Coal Mine is analyzed in terms of structure of wall rocks,roof monitoring and stress action,and the research indicates that fissures are developed on wall rocks of the roadway and self-stability is poor,resulting in that the strength of the rock bolt support is hard to bear the combined stress of wall rocks.Causes to deformation-induced damage to the soft-rock mining roadway are worked out on the basis of monitoring and experimentation,and the joint support with long and short anchor cables is provided by successively optimizing the supports,which has a good control effect on wall rocks.
