长距离顺槽带式输送机中部驱动装置在梅花井煤矿的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对煤矿长距离顺槽带式输送机接力运输,浪费设备资源,安装后管理、维护成本高的问题,提出将原带式输送机合二为一,增加中部驱动装置。通过合理分配驱动装置的位置,减少带式输送机最大张力,有效降低输送带规格,既满足了生产需要,又节约了设备资源。本文简要介绍了带式输送机中部驱动装置应用计算实例,对煤矿长距离巷道带式输送机安装设计,具有一定的借鉴意义。 Aiming at such problems as relay transportation of the long-distance crossheading belt conveyor in coal mines,waste of equipment resources and high cost in post-installation management and maintenance,it is proposed to combine two previous belt conveyors into one and add a midway drive unit.By properly allocating the drive unit,the maximal tension of the belt conveyor is reduced and the size of convey belts is effectively decreased,not only meeting the need of production,but saving equipment resources.In this paper,an example to calculate the application of the midway drive unit in the belt conveyor is described briefly,providing some reference for better installing and designing the belt conveyor in the long-distance roadway.
