梅花井煤矿机电人才培养研究

摘要 针对煤矿新工艺、新技术、新设备使用过程中与人员技能不匹配,导致现场操作人员处理设备故障的能力出现问题,梅花井煤矿研究对于人才的需求的能力及方向,并通过开展"储备机电专业人才"行动计划,解决当前人才技能与生产不匹配问题,达到为企业发展储备紧缺人才和后备人才的目标,为相关煤矿机电运输专业人才培养提供了经验借鉴。 Aiming at the problem of skill shortage of site operators in troubleshooting due to the mismatch of workers’skills with new processes,technologies and equipment used in the coal mine,Meihuajing Coal Mine has studied skills needed and their development trend,and launched the action plan named"Electromechanical Talents Reservation"to solve the current problem that talents’skills mismatch with production and achieve the goal of finding and reserving talents in short supply and future talents,providing a reference for development of electromechanical and transportation talents needed by coal mines.
