带式输送机4种软启动方式在梅花井煤矿井下的应用与分析

Application and Analysis of Four Soft-start Modes of Belt Conveyer in Meihuajing Coal Mine

带式输送机作为原煤运输的重要设备,在国家能源集团宁夏煤业有限责任公司梅花井煤矿井下有着广泛的运用。根据载煤量、用途、使用周期等不同工况条件,带式输送机类型各有不同。为了保护电动机和减少电网冲击,现各设备均采用了软启动方式,目前梅花井煤矿成熟运用的软启动方式有4种,分别是调速型液力耦合器、CST软启动、异步电动机变频启动、同步电动机变频启动。本文针对不同型号软启动方式原理、特点、现场使用存在问题等,对软启动装置进行对比分析总结,分析软启动方式发展方向,为矿井现场实际选取合适的软启动方式提供借鉴。

As an important equipment to transport raw coals,a belt conveyor is widely used in the underground coal mine of Meihuajing Coal Mine,Ningxia Coal Industry Co.Ltd.,CHN Energy.The belt conveyor varies in types,depending on different working conditions,such as coal load,purpose and life cycle,etc.Various equipment are applied with the soft-start mode to protect motors and minimize the impact from the grid.Presently,there are 4 kinds of mature soft-start modes applied in Meihuajing Coal Mine,namely speed-variable hydraulic coupler,CST soft-start,variable-frequency start for asynchronous motors,and variable-frequency start for synchronous motors.Aiming at principles,features and problems existed in the site application of different soft-start modes,in this paper,the soft-start devices are compared,analyzed and summarized,and the development trend of the soft-start modes is analyzed,providing reference for the practical selection of proper soft start mode in mine site.
