1102210掘进工作面通风系统设计及设备选型研究

摘要 为安全高效解决梅花井煤矿1102210掘进工作面通风问题,本文通过分析巷道布置情况及矿井通风要求,设计一套合理的通风线路,并对掘进工作面所需风量进行计算,从而得到符合标准的通风机设备型号。结果表明,工作面迎头最小需风量为260m3/min。通过参数计算及对比最终确定使用型号为FBDNo7.5/2×45的局部通风机,φ1000mm的胶布风筒,现场监测数据验证掘进工作面风量满足煤矿要求。 To safely and efficiently solve the ventilation-related problems in the driving face 1102210 of Meihuajing Coal Mine,by analyzing the roadway layout and requirements on coal mine ventilation,a set of reasonable ventilation routes is designed and the air volume needed at the driving face is calculated to get the model of the standard-compliant ventilation equipment.The results show that minimal required air flow for the mining face head is 260 m3/min.Through parameter calculation and comparison,it is finally determined to use local fans with the model of FBD№7.5/2×45 and 1,000 mm-diameter rubber air ducts,and the site monitoring data confirms the air volume of the driving face meets the requirement of the coal mine.
