教育戏剧在大学生生涯工作坊中的应用——以“对她说”生涯剧场为例

The Application of Drama In Education in College Students’ Career Development Workshop——Take “Speak to her” Career Theater as an Example

教育戏剧是以戏剧元素为手段的参与式教学实践活动。本文尝试在大学生生涯发展教育工作坊中,引入教育戏剧手段,通过角色塑造启发学生自我探索和身份认知,在戏剧情境中发展人际交流与职业探索能力,开展想象性生涯决策行动,以期取得良好的教学效果。

Drama in education(DIE)is a kind of participatory teaching practice with drama elements as the means.In the career development education workshop for college students,the introduction of DIE can inspire students’self-exploration and identity cognition through role building,develop interpersonal communication and career exploration ability in the drama context,carry out imaginative career decisionmaking actions,so as to achieve excellent teaching effects.
