供给侧改革视域下高校大学生就业服务体系策略探究——以上海交通大学医学院为例

Study on the Strategy of Employment Service System for College Students from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

作为人才培养的"供给侧",高校需要探索构建以提高大学生职业能力为目标的大学生就业服务新体系。本文通过调研访谈对比分析了医学类专业毕业生职业能力的现状以及医疗机构对毕业生职业能力的需求,发现医疗机构更看重毕业生的综合能力,既要求具有扎实的专业知识和技能,又要求具有宽泛的自然科学和人文社会科学知识。在此基础上,本文提出通过加强供给侧的制度设计、优化供给内容、创新供给方式等内涵式发展路径,来提高高校人才培养与劳动力市场需求之间的适切程度。

As the"supply side"of talent cultivation,universities need to explore and construct a new system of college students’employment service aiming at improving their vocational ability.The study uses empirical methods to comparatively analyze the current status of medical graduates’professional competence and the medical institution’s current demand for professional competence and found that more attention were paid by medical institutions to the comprehensive ability of graduates.They required both solid professional knowledge and skills,and broad knowledge of natural science and humanities and social science.On this basis,this paper proposes to improve the suitability between talent cultivation in universities and labor market demand by strengthening the institutional design on the supply side,optimizing the supply content,innovating the supply way and so on.
