摘要
2013年习近平主席提出共建"一带一路"的合作倡议,我国对外开放逐渐深入,相关行业飞速发展。大学生作为劳动力群体中的高潜力人群,正面对新时代人才需求的全新变化。本文重点研究"一带一路"倡议下用人单位对人才素质的需求,以及大学生在"一带一路"背景下的职业发展认知,并以上海财经大学为例,分析高校在"一带一路"背景下的就业引导工作实例,为各高校引导毕业生就业提供参考。从高校、学生、用人单位三方面提出应对飞速发展的对外开放新形势、促进高校毕业生精准就业的对策建议。
In 2013,President Xi JinPing proposed a cooperation initiative of"One Belt and One Road".China’s opening up has gradually deepened,and relevant industries have developed rapidly.College students,as a group with high potential in the labor force,are facing new changes of talent demand in the new era.The paper focuses on the needs of employers for talent quality in the context of the"One Belt and One Road"initiative and college students’cognition of career development under"One Belt and One Road".Taking Shanghai University of Finance and Economics as an example,this paper analyzed colleges’employment guidance work under"One Belt and One Road",so as to provide reference for colleges to guide the employment of graduates.From the three aspects of colleges,students and enterprises,suggestions were offered to cope with the rapid and new development of opening up and promote employment accuracy for college graduates.
