选调优秀高校毕业生赴基层就业的长效机制构建——以复旦大学为例 被引量:3

The Long-term Mechanism Construction of Selected College Graduates Going to the Grass-roots Level for Employment——A Case Study of Fudan University

摘要 鼓励和引导大学生到基层工作是贯彻落实人才强国战略和就业优先战略的重要举措,也是高校就业引导工作的主要方向之一。本文通过向全国部分重点高校进行综合调研,同时回顾总结复旦大学基层就业引导工作的整体开展情况,并以此为例,从高校角度探索选调优秀高校毕业生赴基层就业的长效机制。 Encouraging and guiding college students to work at the grass-roots level is an important measure of implementing the strategy of stengthening the country with talents and the strategy of employment priority.It is also one of the main directions of employment guidance in universities.Through a comprehensive survey on some key universities in China,this paper reviewed and summarized the overall implementation of the grass-root employment guidance in Fudan University,and took this as an example to explore the long-term mechanism of selected college graduates going to the grass-roots level for employment.
