摘要
引入第三方实施毕业生就业质量跟踪调研,是当前评估高校毕业生就业质量的一大趋势。本文以上海交通大学医学院面向2014—2018届毕业生的就业质量跟踪调研项目为研究内容,提出高校应该与第三方机构紧密合作以提高调研质量,并在充分定位项目目标、分析高校与第三方优势的基础上,探索双方的主体定位、职责分工与合作模式,并评估高校-第三方合作实施毕业生就业质量跟踪调研的实效。
The introduction of a third party to implement the tracking survey of graduate employment quality is a major trend in assessing the employment quality of college graduates.This paper takes the 2014—2018 graduates’employment quality tracking survey from Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine as the core task,and proposes that universities should work closely with third parties to improve the quality of survey.On the basis of fully positioning the survey objectives and analyzing the advantages of universities and the third parties,this paper explores the subject positioning,responsibility division and cooperation mode of two parties,and evaluates the effectiveness of the cooperation between universities and the third parties in implementing graduates’employment quality tracking surveys.
