以职业适性评估为基础的大学生职涯辅导(1)——以远东科技大学餐旅休闲学院为例

Career Counseling for College Students Based on Occupational Suitability——Taking the School of Hospitality and Leisure in Far East University as an Example

摘要 为了协助台湾大学生解决可能面对的职涯问题,台湾高等教育已越来越重视学生毕业前的职涯辅导及其成效。本文针对远东科技大学餐旅休闲学院685位学生实施CPAS测评,得出该学院及各专业学生在十二项核心职场性格、六大关键核心职能、五大适性工作和领导潜能方面的表现,并以此为依据,提出对学生进行个性化辅导、对院系开展职涯辅导活动的建议。 In order to help students solve their career problems,the higher education in Taiwan has paid more and more attentions to career counseling and its effects before students leave campus.This paper tests CPAS on 685 students in school of Hospitality and Leisure,and finds out the performance of the students in terms of twelve core occupational personalities,six key core functions,five major adaptabilities and leadership potential,and puts forward some suggestions on individualized counseling for students and career activities for departments and schools.
