定制化职涯辅导机制对弱势学生的影响——以逢甲大学为例

摘要 通过教育行动研究,本文开发适合本校弱势学生的职涯辅导机制,并探究定制化职涯辅导机制对学生的影响。本行动方案历经两个学年度,通过观察纪录、访谈及活动回馈意见等方式搜集数据,并检视定制化机制对学生的影响。研究表明,适合逢甲大学的职涯辅导机制有:提供半开放式电子问卷了解学生的职涯需求;运用新媒体官方账号建构实时关怀网络,达成全程关怀、个别照顾的目标;通过Career Coach座谈会与自我探索工作坊,建立弱势学生对职涯发展的认知;聘请校外职涯咨询师到校驻点,以弥补弱势学生在校时间不定之憾;办理增强软技能系列讲座、人生翻转典范演讲及就业培训系列讲座暨工作坊,协助弱势学生建构未来面对困境与自我发展的能力;开设语言及影像编修课程,培养符合职场需求的就业职能;为身障生提供更细致、更主动的职涯辅导。定制化职涯辅导机制因在活动主题规划、执行方式与时间等方面贴近弱势学生的职涯需求,弱势学生的参与意愿有显著的提升。 This article explores the impacts of customized career mentored mechanism on disadvantaged students through action research.This action plan collected data through participatory observation,interviews,and document analysis in two acadenic years to examine the impacts.The research shows that the suitable career counseling programs are:collecting students’career needs through semi-open questionnaire;using the official account of new media to build an real-time care network;establishing career awareness through Career Coach and self-exploration workshop;hiring off-campus career navigators to match the available time slot to students;arranging the"Lecture Series on Soft Skills""Lecture Series on The Reversal of Life"and"Lecture Series on Employment Training"to help disadvantaged students build their ability to face difficulties and selfdevelopment;training for job-specific competencies through language and video editing courses;providing more detailed and more active career counseling for disabled students.As the customized career counseling programs are close to disadvantaged students’career needs in terms of activity theme planning,execution modes and time,the participation willingness of disadvantaged students has been significantly improved.
