An Career-Mentored Mechanism Suitable for Universities and Colleges to Increase the Employment Matched-degree

在信息技术进步的时代背景下,以往人工操作的就业匹配工作渐渐转为数字化。在即将毕业的学生中,超过七成使用求职网站投递简历。据求职网站统计,求职者的履历有近四成不符合要求,因此,导致人力资源专员及用人单位耗费过多的时间成本,造成极大的人力负担,对此已有论文提出了解决方案,如通过设置关键字段对求职者简历进行筛选及比对;或通过加权评分的方式,计算出每一份简历的得分,协助用人企业快速找到合适的简历。虽然这些方法给企业带来了极大的帮助,但也带来了一些问题,例如,熟知简历关键词规则的求职者,对于职业生涯发展及目标工作形态不完全了解,却获得了简历筛选的高分。有鉴于此,本文提出一种提高就业匹配精准度的职业辅导机制,并于2017至2018两年期间,协助本校学生共235人次,简历匹配成功151人次,完成64.26%的较高的匹配率。

Under the background of information technologies advancement,the employment matched-degree has been gradually changed from manually operated to computerization.More than 70%of students who are going to graduate will submit resumes through online recruitment agency.However,according to the statistics of online recruitment agency,nearly 40%of fresh graduates have poor resumes,as a result,the human resources specialists and the employer spend a lot of time,wasting huge human resources.For this issue,many proposed solutions,such as screening and comparison of key fields of the resume content,or calculating the score of each resume,help companies find the appropriate resumes quickly.Although these methods provide great support to companies,some problems have been caused at the same time,for example,some job seekers who are familiar with the resume keywords rules but don’t fully understand the job development and the work type they are pursuing will get a high score of resume screening.Therefore,this thesis proposes an improved mentored career development mechanism,which can increase the employment matching rate.During 2017 and 2018,totally 235 students got benefit from the improved career mentored mechanism,and the number of resumes matching was 151,achieved employment matching rate reached 64.26%.
