摘要
本研究以16~18岁的516名上海高中生为被试,以"中学生职业成熟度量表""自我同一性量表"为研究工具,调查高中生的总体职业成熟度、自我同一性状况。结果发现高中生的职业成熟度处于中等水平,自我同一性处于中等偏下水平;具有不同人口学特征的高中生,其职业成熟度、自我同一性及其各维度存在不同程度的差异。
In this study,516 senior high school students aged 16~18 in Shanghai were selected as subjects,and The Career Maturity Questionnaire of High School Students and Self Identity Scale were used as study tools to investigate the overall career maturity and self-identity of high school students.The results showed that the career maturity of high school students was at a moderate level.The self identity of high school students was at the lower level.High school students with different demographic characteristics have different levels of career maturity,self identity and their dimensions.
