摘要
在教育强国建设、高校创新人才培养和未来卓越教师自我发展的背景下,上海师范大学开展了师范生职业发展与就业指导课程改革的探索与实践。基于SCIL核心能力素养模型,对师范生职业发展与就业指导课程的教学目标、教学内容、教学模式和方法提出了新的思路,设计了"教师生涯周期与启示""教师生涯的建构、适应与发展""教师职业胜任力""求职准备""求职礼仪与面试""工作世界探索与教师招录政策""生涯理论"以及"创建教师生涯的‘指南针’"共8个知识模块,并以引导式教学、参与式教学和讨论学习法为主进行了教学模式和方法上的创新。
Under the background of building the powerful country in education,the cultivation of innovative talents in universities and the self-development of future outstanding teachers,Shanghai Normal University has carried out the exploration and practice of the curriculum reform of career development and employment guidance for normal university students.Based on SCIL core competence literacy model,this paper puts forward new ideas on teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching modes and methods of career development and employment guidance courses for normal university students,designing eight knowledge modules,including"teachers’career cycle and enlightenment""teachers’career construction,adaptation and development""teachers’career competence""job-hunting preparation""job-hunting etiquette and interview""teachers’career exploration and recruitment policy""career theory"and"‘compass’of teachers’career",and innovating the modes and methods of guiding teaching,participating teaching and discussing learning.
