Analysis on Employment Quality of Graduates of East China University of Political Science and Law in 2018

华东政法大学2018届毕业生3998人,截至2018年12月底,总体就业率为95.80%。本报告从就业单位性质分布,就业单位地域分布,升学去向分布,出国、出境留学去向分布,基层就业情况和毕业生薪酬状况等方面进行了详细的分析,并从生源地、性别、民族和家庭经济状况等不同维度对就业率做了对比分析。同时,针对学校的法学特色专业,对2018届法学类本科毕业生的就业状况做了分析。最后,本报告结合第三方机构对华东政法大学2018届毕业生开展的跟踪调研,客观分析了学校毕业生的就业趋势。

As of the end of December 2018,there were 3,998 students graduating from East China University of Political Science and Law,with the overall employment rate of 95.80%.This report makes a detailed analysis of the distribution of the nature of employment units,the geographical distribution of employment units,the distribution of further study or study abroad,the grassroots employment and the salary of graduates.Also,it makes a comparative analysis of the employment rate from different dimensions,such as the source of birth,gender,ethnic and family economic conditions.At the same time,it analyzes the employment status of 2018 law graduates in view of the characteristics of law in the university.Finally,it analyzes the employment trend of the university graduates objectively based on the follow-up survey conducted by the third party.
