复旦大学2018届毕业生就业状况及就业质量分析

Analysis on Employment Situation and Quality of Graduates of Fudan University in 2018

复旦大学作为"双一流"建设高校,始终坚持以立德树人为根本,以服务国家为使命,将人才培养输送与服务国家和社会需求紧密结合,不断推进毕业生更高质量的就业,在2019年QS全球毕业生就业竞争力排名中位列第26名,连续4年排名居于中国内地高校前三。本文基于复旦大学2018届毕业生就业数据,主要反映毕业生的就业基本情况,以及服务国家重点领域、重点地区和经济社会发展需求等方面的就业特点,科学全面地展示了毕业生就业质量,彰显复旦大学毕业生服务国家战略,到"祖国需要的地方"建功立业的择业观、就业观、成才观。

Fudan University,as a"Double First-Class"initiative university,always adheres to the principle of moral education and talent cultivation,and takes serving the country as its mission.It closely combines talent cultivation and dispatching with serving the needs of the country and society,and constantly promotes higher quality employment for graduates.Fudan University ranked 26 th in 2019 QS Global Graduate Employment Competitiveness Rankings,ranking among the top three universities in Chinese mainland for four consecutive years.Based on the employment data of Fudan University graduates in 2018,this paper mainly reflects the basic employment situation of the graduates,as well as the employment characteristics of serving in the national key areas,key regions and the needs of economic and social development.It also scientifically and comprehensively demonstrates the employment quality of the graduates,and highlights Fudan University graduates’devotion to serving the national strategy,and the graduates’view of career selection,employment and success.
