摘要
为了明确话题开始过程中影响中日跨文化沟通的和谐人际关系构建的因素,本文将话题开始部分分为“导入”“同意”“确立”三个步骤,对10组(2人一组)中日大学生初次见面闲聊的会话数据(40~60分/组)进行了分析,并结合从跟踪采访得到的反馈,援用“和谐关系管理(Rapport Management)”理论进行了考察。研究结果表明,“导入”的形态、“同意”的缺失、“确立”的迟缓与参与者的“立场面子”及“公平的权利”相互作用,对和谐人际关系的构建产生了影响。
This study investigates three steps in the process of topic opening that are“introduction”,“agreement”and“establishment”,and clarifies the factors that affect rapport building in Japanese conversations.The data are collected from casual conversations of 40~60minutes duration conducted by university students who are organized into 10pairs(one Japanese language learner and one Japanese native speaker in each pair),none of whom have met before.The result indicates that the form of“introduction”,the lack of“agreement”,and the delay of“establishment”are obstructions to rapport building.
