The Presentation and Meaning of“things”in Enchi Fumiko's Literature

在文学作品及文学批评中,物始终占据着重要地位,参与了文学意义的产生。随着多领域“物转向”的出现,物在文学文本中的阐释重新得到关注,积极探寻文本中物的意义及物的文学生命成为新的课题。本文以日本近现代女作家圆地文子的小说《妖》《璎珞耳饰》《女面》为例,从新型物人关系的视角,探讨物质书写对于圆地文学的风格建构与主题表达的作用。聚焦其中承载欲望与权力的花瓶、参与建构女性性别身份的耳饰、隐喻女性情感的面具,探究物是如何发挥能动性以参与主体意识和身份的建构,如何从无生命向有生命的转换中达到主客体融合的。

In literature and literary criticism,things always occupy an important position and participate in the generation of literary meaning.With the emergence of“The Material Turn”in multiple domains,the interpretation of things in literary texts has regained attention.Actively exploring the meaning and the literary life of things in literature has become a new topic.This article takes the Japanese modern writer Enchi Fumiko's novels You,Youraku Earrings and Onnamenas examples,and discusses the role of things in style construction and theme expression in Enchi's literature from the perspective of a new relationship between things and people.Focusing on the vase that symbolizes desire and power,the earrings that help construct female identity,and the mask that implies women's emotions,this article explores how things initiatively participate in the construction of subjective consciousness and identity,and achieve the fusion of subjectivity and objectivity through the transformation from being inanimate to animate.
