新时代普通高中语文教科书融入人权观念的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Integration of the Concept of Human Rights into Chinese Textbooks of Senior High Schools in the New Era

摘要 人权教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,语文教科书在人权教育中占据了重要地位。本文采取实证研究的方式,结合国内外有关人权教育的重要文件,提出了若干教科书中所应体现的人权观念。根据此标准梳理2019年版普通高中语文教科书中所有涉及人权教育的内容,指出其具有收录人权观念基本全面、选文基本精良得当、编写理念顺应世界和中国人权教育发展主流方向的优点。但是其中也存在着一些问题:部分重要的人权观念较少;各册教科书包含的人权观念不平均;没有直接提到“人权”、使用人权概念的课文;缺乏统一、具体、明确的人权教育内容入选教材标准。因此,本文提出:补充有关中国共产党尊重保障人权的伟大实践、隐私权、环境权等重要人权观念的课文;重新调整、增加各册包含人权内容课文的比例;直接加入主题鲜明、内容深刻的人权观念课文;广泛征求一线师生意见,制定统一人权教育标准的建议,以便于更好地在现行语文教科书中融入人权观念。 Human rights education is an important part of the national education system,and Chinese textbooks play an important role in human rights education.This paper adopts the method of empirical research,combining with important documents on human rights education at home and abroad,and puts forward the human rights concepts that should be reflected in a number of textbooks.According to this standard,we sort out all the contents related to human rights education in the 2019 version of ordinary senior high school language textbooks,pointing out that they have the advantages of basically comprehensive human rights concepts,basically excellent and appropriate selected articles,and the preparation of ideas that conform to the mainstream direction of the development of human rights education in the world and China.But there are also some problems:some important human rights concepts are less;the human rights concepts contained in the textbooks are uneven;there is no text directly referring to“human rights”and using the concept of human rights;there is a lack of unified,specific and clear standards for the inclusion of human rights education content in textbooks.Therefore,this paper proposes to supplement the texts on the great practice of the CPC in respecting and protecting human rights,privacy,environmental rights and other important human rights concepts;readjust and increase the proportion of texts containing human rights in each volume;directly add the text of human rights concept with distinctive theme and profound content;the opinions of front-line teachers and students were widely solicited,and suggestions on unifying the standards of human rights education were formulated,so as to better integrate the concept of human rights into the existing language textbooks.
