摘要 本文采用大气等离子喷涂(Atmospheric Plasma Spraying,APS)技术在基体QT500上制备C276-Ni60耐蚀防护涂层。基于正交实验方法研究了APS工艺参数主气流量、喷涂功率和枪距对C276-Ni60涂层结合强度、孔隙率和显微硬度的影响,应用极差和方差方法分析实验结果,并观察分析涂层的微观组织和物相组成,得到了优化的工艺参数,测量QT500基体和工艺优化后C276-Ni60涂层的电化学性能。实验结果表明,APS工艺参数对涂层综合评分的影响主次顺序为:枪距-功率-主气。最优的工艺参数为:主气为35 L/min、功率为33 kW、枪距为100 mm。C276-Ni60涂层的主要物相为γ相的Ni-Cr-Co-Mo,涂层的耐蚀性能优于基体。 Atmospheric Plasma Spraying(APS)was used to prepare C276-Ni60 anti-corrosion coatings on QT500.Based on orthogonal experimental method,the effects of APS process parameters such as main gas flow rate,spraying power and gun distance on the bond strength,porosity and microhardness of C276-Ni60 coatings were studied.The experimental results were analyzed by range and variance methods,and the microstructure and phase composition of the coating were observed and analyzed.The optimized process parameters were obtained.The electrochemical properties of QT500 substrate and C276-Ni60 coating after process optimization were measured.The experimental results showed that the order of the influence of APS process parameters on the comprehensive rating of coating was as follows:gun distance-power-main gas.The optimal process parameters were as follows:main gas 35 L/min,power 33 kW,gun distance 100 mm.The main phases of C276-Ni60 coating wereγ-phase NiCr-Co-Mo,and the corrosion resistance of the coating was better than that of the substrate.
