摘要
研究了高炉水渣与水洗砂的相同点和不同点,不同掺量的高炉水渣对混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响。此次试验批次的高炉水渣符合Ⅱ区中砂,颗粒级配较细,分布较窄,虽然高炉水渣对混凝土性能有一定的影响,但总体来说利大于弊,高炉水渣具有一定的胶凝活性,能提高混凝土前期的强度及粘聚性。不同掺量的高炉水渣都使混凝土3d强度得到了提升,在代砂率达到15%时,混凝土强度与抗折能力达到了最大。混凝土的抗渗能力也不同程度的得到了改善。
The influence of blast furnace slag on the workability and strength of concrete was studied.The blast furnace slag in this batch conforms to the sand in zone II,with fine particle size distribution and narrow distribution.Although blast furnace slag has certain influence on concrete performance,its advantages are greater than disadvantages in general.Blast furnace slag has certain cementing activity,which can improve the strength and cohesion of concrete in the early stage.The 3 days strength of concrete is improved by different dosage of blast furnace slag.Of course,when the sand replacement rate reaches to 15%,the strength and flexural strength of concrete reach the maximum.The impermeability of concrete has also been improved.
