摘要
本文以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)或甲基烯丙醇聚氧乙烯(HPEG)、二乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为主要反应原料,采用过硫酸铵引发体系,通过调整酸醚比合成6种性能优良的减缩、降粘型聚羧酸减水剂。并将所得减水剂进行水泥净浆测试(流动度、粘度)和混凝土工作性能(倒坍、T500、V型漏斗时间、扩展度)测试,以及对混凝土抗压强度测试、平板裂缝测试等。测试结果表明:当n(AA):n(HPEG)=4.0时,所合成的降粘、减缩型聚羧酸减水剂性能最佳且优于市售同类产品,对水泥净浆流动度、C50自密实混凝土降粘、减缩抗裂性能均有一定的改善作用。
Using isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG)or methyl allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene(HPEG),diethylene glycol dimethacrylate,methyl methacrylate(MMA)as the main raw material,using ammonium persulfate initiation system,by adjusting the acid ether ratio,six kinds of shrinkage reducing and viscosity reducing polycarboxylic acid water reducing agents were synthesized.And the water reducing agent is tested for cement slurry(fluidity,viscosity)and concrete performance(collapse,T500,V funnel time,expansion),as well as the concrete compressive strength test,flat crack test and so on.The test results show that when n(AA):n(HPEG)=4.0,The viscosity-reducing and shrink-reducing polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer has the best performance and is superior to the similar products on the market.For cement slurry flow,C50 self-compacting concrete viscosity reduction,shrinkage crack resistance performance has a certain improvement.
