C70级高强度高性能混凝土的配制及其在超高层建筑工程中的施工性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了 C70 级高强度高性能混凝土(HPC)的制备方法和施工性能,通过坍落度筒和压力试验机对 HPC 的工作性和强度进行测试,并通过配合比优化,得到了符合超高层建筑施工用的 HPC。C70 混凝土的强度平均达到 82MPa 以上,根据在施工过程中对其进行的工作性能监测,结果表明其在施工过程中保持稳定的工作性,浇筑后的结构物成型效果良好,表面光滑平整。本文中制备的高强度混凝土在高层建筑中具有较好的应用前景。 This paper is focused on preparation and construction performance of C70 high strength and high performance concrete (HPC),workability and strength of HPC were tested through slump cylinder and pressure testing machine,and the HPC suitable for super high-rise building construction were obtained by optimizing the proportion of raw materials.The strength of C70 concrete is up to 82 MPa.According to the monitoring of its working performance during the construction process,C70 concrete maintains stable workability during the fabrication process,and its construction structure showed smooth surface without any defects.The high strength concrete prepared in this work has a good application prospect in high-rise buildings.
