不发火地面材料的性能研究

Research on the performance of noncombustible floor materials

不发火地面材料主要用于化工厂、加油站、油库等易燃易爆工程的地面施工,不发火地面材料在遇到金属碰撞和摩擦的情况下不发生火花,能够避免发生火灾和爆炸。本文选用不发火骨料白云石和白云砂,成功配制不发火地面砂浆和不发火混凝土两种地面材料,并对其不发火性能进行研究,为不发火地面材料施工应用提供技术参考。

Noncombustible floor materials were mainly used in combustible and explosive floor such as chemical plants,gas stations,oil depots and so on.Noncombustible floor materials will not spark when crash and rub with metallic material,this can aviod fire and explosion occur.This paper introduced using noncombustible aggregate,dolomite and dolomite sand,to prepare noncombustible floor mortar and noncombustible concrete,and tested their nonfiring property.This paper can give provide technology reference for the construction and application of noncombustible floor materials.
