摘要
以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、甲基烯丙基磺酸钠(SMAS)、丙烯酸(AA)、以及二甘醇马来酸酐单酯(ME)为原料,合成了一种具有降粘效果的聚羧酸减水剂,同时考察了酸醚比、甲基烯丙基磺酸钠、二甘醇马来酸酐单酯以及链转移剂用量等因素对降粘型聚羧酸减水剂性能的影响,并利用红外光谱对产品结构进行了表征。结果表明,在酸醚比为 4、双氧水和链转移剂用量为大单体质量的 1.2% 和 0.7%、二甘醇马来酸酐单酯与异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚摩尔比为 1 的条件下时,合成的产品具有最佳的降粘性能,能够显著降低高强度等级混凝土的粘度,改善混凝土的工作性能。
The polyoxyethylene ether of isoprene alcohol(TPEG), sodium methallyl sulfonate(SMAS), acrylic acid(AA), and diethylene glycol maleic anhydride monoester(ME) as raw materials, a kind of polycarboxylic acid with viscosity reducing effect was synthesize the acid-ether ratio, sodium methallyl sulfonate, diethylene glycol maleic anhydride monoester and chain transfer were also investigated. The influence of the dosage of polycarboxylic acid on the properties of viscosity-reducing polycarboxylic acid water reducer was studied. The results show that when the ratio of acid to ether is 4, the amount of hydrogen peroxide and chain transfer agent is 1.4% and 0.7% of the mass of macromonomer, and the molar ratio of diethylene glycol maleic anhydride monoester to isoprene alcohol polyoxyethylene ether was 1, the synthesized product had the best viscosity reduction performance, which could significantly reduce the viscosity of high-strength concrete and improve the workability of concrete.
