摘要
随着信息化技术的发展,部分润滑油公司已开始利用信息化技术进行智能化设计、网络化协同、服务化延伸、数字化管理等新模式的探索,为客户提供全生命周期的服务正在成为当前润滑油企业的核心竞争力。文章以当下润滑油企业面临的市场挑战为背景,结合信息化和数字化技术优势,调研国内外润滑油企业信息化平台建设现状,构想以产品设计和技术服务为主体功能,实现全流程管理的信息化平台,以期突破传统润滑油企业发展局限,实现企业数字化转型战略要求,提高客户服务体验、提升产品设计和技术服务管理水平。
With the development of information technology,some lubricant companies have started to explore the use of information technology for intelligent design,network collaboration,service extension,digital management and other new models.Providing customers with full life cycle services through information technology is becoming the current core competitiveness of lubricant companies.In this paper,in the context of current market challenges faced by lubricant companies,the status quo of informatization platform construction of lubricant companies home and abroad was investigated in combination with the advantages of information technology and digital technology.Based on above,an information platform that its main functions focus on product design and technical service and could achieve complete process management is visualized to break through the development limitation of traditional lubricant companies,realize the strategic requirements of corporate digital transformation,and improve customer service experience,product design and technical service management.
