An Intelligent O&M Platform-based Centralized Online Monitoring System for Hydraulic Lubrication Equipment in a Steel Mill

This paper introduces a centralized online monitoring system for hydraulic lubrication equipment established by a steel mill based on a remote intelligent operation and maintenance(O&M)platform.To address the problems in the maintenance of hydraulic lubrication equipment,a system architecture for centralized monitoring of the originally scattered equipment was designed,and a concrete online monitoring plan for remote hydraulic lubrication systems of various production lines in the steel industry was proposed.By analyzing the system structure,communication mode,working principle and the functional description of various modules of the platform system,the application scenarios and characteristics of the O&M platform-based centralized online monitoring system are expounded.
